May 31st 8am-2pm 35408 US-34, Avoca, NE 68307 Full day class focusing on elevating the students fundamental skills behind their rifle. Dissecting the students performance on flat range drills and placing them in context with real life applications. Creating high standards for speed, accuracy and weapons manipulation while making good decisions around cover and teammates. Students will get group and one-on-one feedback as they are stress tested under time and duress to expose areas of improvement. This is not an entry level class but is a building block toward proficiency and better performance when working around cover and teammates for The Flatland Project’s CQB, VCQB and Active Threat classes. Equipment Requirements: -A properly zeroed rifle with a sling and magazines/pouches -minimum 200rds of ammunition -tools needed to service your rifle -proper eye and ear protection -one chamber flag -pen and paper for notes -weather appropriate gear -lunch/food/water -basic understanding/familiarization with your rifle and its manipulations.

Twilight Handgun/Rifle Course November 8th - 4pm - 10pm Where: CPTC shooting range in Avoca What to bring: reliable handgun and rifle, preferably AR15 type, handheld and weapon mounted flashlight, magazines and pouches, outside of the waistband AND INSIDE THE WAISTBAND Kydex/plastic holster, rifle sling, 300+ rounds of factory ammo for each platform, eye and ear protection, weather appropriate clothing, bug spray, dinner/snacks and any supportive gear you prefer (plate carriers, chest rigs, etc.) What to expect: - [ ] Daylight focus on speed, accuracy, transitions and manipulations between rifle and pistol. - [ ] Blend into dusk and night time focus on those same standards and manipulations in lowlight using weapon mounted and handheld lights. - [ ] As always layering on thinking, identifying and decision making in all lighting conditions.
